Your Alarms
You don't have any alarms yet.
You've landed on the alarm in 15 minutes page. What does that mean? When you press "Set alarm", we automatically calculate what time it will be 15 minutes from now and schedule the alert for that exact moment. No mental math, no clock-watching.
What is an alarm in 15 minutes good for?
15 minutes is the standard break between meetings, the time for a quick shower, or how long pasta takes to cook. Setting an alarm for 15 minutes from now frees you from watching the clock.
How is it different from a 15 minutes timer?
If you prefer a conventional timer, you have the 15-minute timer. The practical difference: the alarm tells you "it will ring at 4:27 PM", the timer shows "14:58 left".
How it works
- Open this page. The widget above already knows you want a relative alarm.
- Press "Set alarm". The system calculates the current time + 15 minutes.
- When the moment arrives, the alarm rings. You can snooze it or dismiss it.
Frequently asked questions
Does it ring on a phone with the screen locked?
It depends on the platform. On Android with Chrome, yes if the tab is open. On iPhone with Safari, not reliably, because iOS suspends background tabs. We recommend keeping the phone plugged in with the screen on if it is critical.
What is the difference between an alarm in 15 minutes and a timer?
An alarm in 15 minutes calculates the exact time it will ring (current time + 15 minutes) and alerts you at that clock time, like an alarm clock. A timer counts down 15 minutes regardless of what time it is. If you want to know "at what exact time will it ring?", use this page. If you prefer watching a countdown, use the timer.
If I set an alarm for 15 minutes from now, will it keep working if I switch tabs?
Yes. The alarm uses the system clock and absolute timestamps, not a counter that stalls when you switch tabs. As long as the browser stays open, the alarm will ring even if the tab is not visible.
